All, I know we are in a wait and see pattern right now, but concerning the Dividend that is coming up, unless it is postponed, I'm still reading on Stock Dividend vs a split, and the way Generex is doing it is pretty straightforward for it being a Stock Dividend and not a split. For all practical purposes, the dividend SHOULD NOT be treated like a split by the exchange.
Now, that's not to say the Stock Dividend won't be treated like a split, but based on all that is written up on Stock Dividends vs splits, they should not be treated the same, so a 50% price reduction technically should not happen in the PPS. Stock Dividends have been going on for years, so this one should be treated the same way as others in the past.
