I seen it pop up a week ago. I did mention it here

Vanguard has $5.3 trillion in assets under management. I guess they know what they are doing
Kind of hard to put a negative spin on this one when a trillion dollar fund is buying shares and not just 100 shares either
Kind of hard to put a negative spin when Vanguard owns a nice percentage of the shares.
I bet some smart people watch what these funds buy and increase positions on
As it says on the site, "Created in 1992, Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund is designed to provide investors with exposure to the entire U.S. equity market, including small-, mid-, and large-cap growth and value stocks."
The index fund has 3624 stocks. One might have incorrectly assumed with an index fund, if VERB sp dropped, they will sell. They didn't. They bought more. Doubled Down and then some.
With reporting next month, I expect we'll see some 13Fs come in early again. Last quarter I think one or two came in a few weeks before the Q and a few more a week before with others around the Q.
