And whoever wrote this, is it your belief that attorneys actually run a complex litigation and that they are allowed to do whatever they want with a blank check and no oversight? My experience in these matters is that the company case manager has to put in the same number of hours as the lawyers do, in fact more time because management are not legal experts and need to always seek parallel opinions.
