Ignoring a 2 yr. normal procurement cycle delayed by: no timely Federal budget passage, multiple continuing resolutions (CRs) & the longest shutdown in US history is what is illogical. Ignoring the 9/30 midnight spending deadline and 60 day standard billing cycles is an oversight. Consequently, any Federal dollars due SFOR would be delayed. Happy to continue the conversation after release of the 10-K when all must be revealed in accordance with SEC rules.
