so when one posts otherwise it is deliberate LIE .. by those who promote FUD

one would be correct in commenting that the U.S. Patent remains in play
ongoing back and forth

the news in the 10K (filed in April 2018) seemed to come as a surprise to 2 posting here
over the last month or so
