I want to say, er type a few things. We can all be cheerleaders on here and say, go team go to Generex and the management team, etc.. But in reality, that is not going to make the Share PPS go up or down. It is not going to get Generex on Nasdaq, etc..
We've seen this week, the price drop below 2.00 and now we are questioning what happens now and we simply don't know. Joe says he can't tell us if it is a deal breaker or not, if it sets us back 90 days or not, if we (Generex) can get a waiver or not. So, we are left with just as many concerns about will Generex get listed on Nasdaq or not or does the process start all over in 90 days again. And we are still waiting on the 10-K to boot.
We don't know how this now affects the dividend, because we don't know if the 90 days sets us back. It's all a snowball effect.
We can say, let's see what happens, go team go, and all of that. But it would be nice if we had some answers to these questions, since NASDAQ made these requirements, they are documented and concerns have been noted. As stated many times, there are a lot of shareholders, on here and not on here, who have invested quite a bit of their hard earned money into this company. Answers should be forthcoming.
