ZPaul, I fully understand the conversion and the why's. I get the prudent behavior SFOR is taking. The forgiveness of milestone payments from DSS leads me to believe something else is going on. There has been no explanation of the why's to that. What I can say it hurts our bottom line and our valuation. The Stock is trading at a low due to the court case loss. It is not trading up like it should given revenues are increasing and a HUGE deal is imminent. The stock should increase in value as revenues increase but more is going on behind the scenes if we forgive a Huge payment from DSS for 2 more years. So I am not reading into anything but want to know "All' the facts. Bear!
