At first glance, you're probably correct, but as I read Starkweather's testimony as disclosed in that SEC report, he might be singing like a bird even more so than it first appears. I'm not sure the SEC is done with this. >>
nodummy, the fraud investigator from the DD Support Board and Research Team on IHUB is the one who provided the SEC with plenty of "stuff" to take them down. He seems to believe criminal charges are forthcoming. I lean toward believing him because he has much experience in these cases. Also >>
