If the perfect partner is another party, then there could be other reasons why the lawsuit can affect it. I just don't know enough about it to be honest.
Another reason why a stock trader or message board poster should immediately come in and take over the company. Many people, particularly traders and message board posters, feel very strongly that KB is not up to the job and is responsible for the on-going low stock price and should be removed. No professional investor thinks these things are true. Professional investors do not invest for 2-3 cents a share profit. I spoke the other day with an investor in micro-cap opportunities who has not invested in DECN because he didn't know about them until I told him. Anyway, this guy told me that all public micro-caps suffer from liquidity problems unless the stock is being played. He said these things happen but he has never seen it this bad.
Now back to the opinions of message board posters and penny stock traders. Suffice it to say that sometimes being blissfully unaware of the complexities in running a company and managing its progress can work in your favor. So come on it if you feel this strongly that KB can't do the job, and show us how it should be done.
I hope that answers the question. Things haven't happened because they haven't. There are no conspiracies going on. And if anyone thinks they can do a better job, then by all means come on it and take over. KB earns no salary and dealing with all of the malcontents, all over stock price, has to be wearing him down.
