Theres been doom and gloom everytime a filing was late and yet ...surprise...QMC is still in business. On saying that..I totally agree that missing filing dates is not good even though they had been better recently on filing Qs .As far as India is concerned we will know more as the year comes to a close.I'm most encouraged by the blockchain venture and the new business board..this venture is not with a third world partner and so I believe there will be less hoops to jump through to commercially market the QDX ledger.
