As I am hearing, this is part of big initiative to clean up OTC. Also shutting down OTC non fliers, who haven’t taken proper actions to protect themselves by end of November.
Rumors in my world also indicate initiatives are in works to go after those who are paid to drive down share price for financial gains in well known investor platforms. BIG SEC movement towards this.
