Yes you can buy online. The issue for me was funds availability normally for me was 24 hrs. Because of some action they changed the policy for 3 to 4 days. Something triggered the policy change for both E trade and TD Ameritrade. Speculation is to what that change is and seems to be some sort of corporate action taking place. Both have said could be because of Corporate action . Can’t be coincidence.
