After sleeping on this for a bit, my brain tried playing a game of connect the dots a bit. Keep in mind I'm biased towards the positive side of cydys potential and am not anti-NP (despite my bingo game, that was for fun not to offend).
NP said they are screening his mother in law who has stage 4 cancer. Assuming he likes his mother in law. He also said they have 2 tnbc patient, unless they just enrolled a second one in the last 2 weeks that 2nd one is the August compassionate use patient who was in advance stages and who they would already have 3 21 day cycles on. Now patient confidentiality is key, but I'm guessing NP knows interim results of those cycles, has shared them with his wife and in-laws, one of whom is now being screened as a potential patient.
I also wonder if he got permission from the patients to share the data and it was a resounding yes based on data so far since he said they are going to share the data now.
Keep in mind this is just connect the dots speculation, but very plausible in my view.
