BoWing, the average Bobcat is not much bigger than a big, yellow yard cat-maybe a little. I am not a hunter-my brother is a real Daniel Boone-he says hearing a Bobcat in the woods sounds like a baby being tortured. We lived in the city (town) and there was some woods about a block away-we had a nice cat-my wife stepped out on the patio to put some cat food in her bowl and there stood a Bobcat-it took off like it had a red-hot coat hanger up his a$$ !!!
