Left my wife talking to E trade earlier on my way

Left my wife talking to E trade earlier on my way to work. She is a novice, her first trading account and first stock bought. She phoned me to say she asked about why she only had a partial fill on her order. The trader asked her many more security questions than before and took ages taking the order. My wife asked her why all the extra questions and she replied “Whoever they’re going with requires further checks”
My wife asked her if she meant NASDAQ but she said she didn’t know.... exciting times!!
