Observations - October 15.
No paint down attempts today.
The person who was trying to sell at .1649 appeared to have split his shares between a small sacrificial portion at .1200 and the remainder higher at .1900.
His risks losing the former without picking any replacements up cheaper on the bid - as I'm maintaining that.
