In addition, there was a T-trade for 10,000 shares at 16:01:45 at .2734.
As seen before, that could not be dilution as there was no bid counting down at that price and the amount is above the threshold for display by MMs.
As intimated before, this may be the company buying back shares from the former staff member that left.
