This is a concern though. We went as high as 2.15 earlier today then ended up barely above 2.00. Since the retirement of shares a few weeks ago, there has been a loss of about 25% of the PPS price, which was around 2.50 I believe.
Even when we are hearing good news, there seems to be a struggle to close above 2.00. We keep hearing about the 10-K and that it's being worked on and that they have really until the end of the month, but in all honesty, it better get finished beforehand, because the 2.00 PPS envelope keeps getting pushed and sooner or later, if something does not happen, it's quite possible we might see a close under 2.00.
Yes, I know they can start the process again with the application, but it would be a blow if they don't get the uplisting all because the 2.00 was not met.
I'm still not sure why it is trading so low.
Just my thoughts.
