Hi. Had a great conversation with Gateway today at 12.07 PM with Tom Colton IR
The two form 4'S filed in regards to insider trading were stock purchases. Forms are correct and will not be amended. Business world sees as purchases (Note bottom of forms that purchases are the start of a series). Verb is currently in a quiet period due to upcoming earnings. Will have more info during next earnings call. IR has had many emails etc., regarding but not limited too PPS, Salesforce App, Facebook App Etc., Institutional investors purchases, Verb investors asking them to talk on Twitter groups etc, last valuation by AGP, next Ceo Insights with Rory....IR is very committed to Verbs success and is proactive. Gateway holds annual conferences that are attended by Companies, Institutional Investors, Analyst's, and others to insure our success. Verb was not at this year's Conference but will be their September of 2020. Institutional Investors like to see 3 solid Quarters of growth, great management and solid plans which we have and Verb has room to grow in value. A 5X multiple is standard in this industry and Verb can blow it out of the park. Among other small to medium Cap Companies our Ceo Rory has been the most transparent and a Company that shares more information then most in the industry---We are blessed for that. Many websites are showing our information as missing or incorrect and it is normally updated with a Company's Annual filing. So, be patient and let things happen naturally. Verb is not in control of the market but has formed a concrete base with a high end team that was integrated with another great team from the Sound Concepts acquisition
seamlessly! We are integrated with top CRM Companies and other multi-million Dollar Companies. We are in control of the Direct Sales industry offering technology and services that are unmatched. Look how far we have come from BBooth!!!!! We were an OTC Company just 6 months ago and now on Nasdaq!!! If we see those bashers spreading lies just go back with solid DD--- We know what we own!!!!
