That is why today, I said expected , with no certainty and here the reason why:
a. The first sentence above is under his full control
b. The second sentence is unclear. He can't force the company to send him a report on Friday or Monday. He can expect them to.
This is part of the problem here. People don't understand and differentiate between things that are under your direct command and things that you can't control. I had a report due on 10/4. I delayed it till 10/11. I sent it on 10/11, but the client did not download it that day. They tried to download it on Sunday, but the download expired by then. I had to resend it on Monday the 14th.
Think About it anyway you want. The beauty here that it does not really matter at this price level. It will be great if some people get angry about this and sell their shares at 2 tomorrow. I will be happy to grab another 10 mil at 2.
