It's hard to calculate percentages when we do not know how much Altucell cost in shares? Without Altucell, I see
29,016,033 x 2 = 58,032,066 (unrestricted after dividend)
15,161,940 (restricted not entitled to dividend)
73,194,006 shares
+ Altucell
= ?
Existing shareholders (dividend ones) will have something less then 58M/73M, so about 79.3% of the company minus the Altucell purchase.
Before dividend and altucell, shareholders had 29,016,033/44,177,973 or about 65.7% of the company.
29,016,033 x 2 = 58,032,066 (unrestricted after dividend)
