Misiu: Hi! I hear what you're saying, but I look at it like this: Jack Welch was the chairman and CEO of General Electric for many years, but that doesn't mean that he knows how to make a television set or a toaster. It means he knew how to successfully be the head of a company, in part (he explains in a book called Boss Talk) by hiring people who DO know how to make a television set or a toaster. NP may have taken PRO140 off the scrap heap, but it doesn't mean he is the best man to lead the charge up the hill. Perhaps if he hired someone who was better at doing interviews and dealing with shareholders we would be farther along, or at least not as frustrated.
