if the *effort* by Non Retail is to push competitors or entities within ancillary sectors having an *issue* with this *technology* .. have at it
it is neither unique nor new re: OTC targets of which P2O/PTOI has been
in NRs' crosshairs since 2009 .. ramped *efforts* 2010
NRs' cycles of money Dec 2009 - Jan 2013
NRs' kill order .. August 2013 to today ..
it's also why volume matters ..
