To get PPS up - a couple of ideas besides effectively executing business plans -
1. Dividend out some NGIO shares to gnbt shareholders with record date let’s say 12/31/19...which will prevent people selling after 1:1 dividend...and encourage new buyers to come in...some may debate that this is a short term PPS solution but not necessarily...the NGIO dividend will initially attract investors and once those investors learnt of joe’s vision and all the great science, they may become long term investors.
2. Maybe some insiders can start buying shares...normally when insiders buy that boost investor confidence and attract new investors.
