It is not DD to post about a *conversation* with an unnamed entity
however that is SOP with how NR handles anything they CANT CONtroll

like so much of what NR does .. it's from their dated playbook

10 years ago .. that dated playbook worked .. on most OTC targets ..
in 2010 when the first hit piece appeared in alignment with NITE's issues
re: PTOI (and when CSTI was first pulled into aid and abet) .. the irony of course
is that NRs' efforts didn't work on many early original investors in 2010 ..
and it is highly unlikely to work on P2O's investors in 2019
