Sometimes people get other people's mail. It happens. Mailed 20,000 Medicare invoices to his/her neighbor with the other neighbor's account info in 2005. Last week mailed 15,000 checks to the wrong payee. Oooops. Data criss cross applesauce. It happens. We're all human.
