Here's what Nader said about "secured funding"
at the shareholders' meeting:
"...we have secured funding to get to the end of the year, we don't have the funding but we have secured it from the people who will be funding us, I'm hoping to get it done next week..."

What does that mean? Did a deal fall through? Is one pending? Did he bypass a deal for a better prospect that may still be out there? Obviously they extended the fundraising after the SH meeting which turned out badly.
Anyway, he didn't firmly state that funding was secured but strongly promised it, which hasn't materialized because he was still talking about needing 10-15million to finish the year last week on the Stock Day podcast.
