Sorry, did not intend to create a stir about the Form 4's. Just trying to calm some doubts created from other places.
Let me put this topic to bed. I do in fact have confirmation from Gateway that the Form 4's represent open market purchases (not grants and not shares from the company). I have shared those emails with others who can confirm they are real. That is what IR has confirmed with me and I believe them over any other source.
As an aside, I would stay away from other places as many people's intentions are to instill doubt in your investment. Any questions, just go straight to Verb IR.
However, the real story here is that Rory said there would be insider buying, and we have seen the start.
But the real real story, is that Verb keeps signing up customers, and many of those customers have users in the 100,000 range. Not all of them will sign up to use the Verb app, but I am sure a healthy percentage will. And then many of those folks will use the sampling feature of the app, with a nice tidy sum coming to Verb each time it is used. Giddy up!
