I am getting frustrated too. If the legal hoops associated with CBD and medical marijuana are too much of a headache then perhaps we need to scratch the whole idea of CBD and medical marijuana . Maybe Dr. Dalton just needs to focus on rolling up HRI, ppsi along with wellness Tele dock into UNVC and calling it good. and then focus on the CBD and medical marijuana farther down the road. it’s just starting to feel like it’s more of an idea or dream than a reality.
