To slowly buy the available shares and hold them so that the float slowly dried up as Dr Dalton has stated and this has taken most of 2019.
The amount of shares being flipped appears to be very low based on the daily volume.
The amount of available shares that are being tightly held by all of us is the majority of the tradable shares in my opinion.
Perhaps this is what Dr Dalton is thanking us for.
