I feel that Dr Dalton has chosen a date and a day and I still feel it is a Friday after hours as it will take us all weekend just to ready the filings.
When Harvest went public, they issued a 325 page filings and they were only 1 company.
The Conglomerate - (whatever it will be called and whatever the trading symbol will be) - could release a 500 page filing and that is why I expect a Friday after hours.
Dr Dalton has stated "pre-market" or "post market"
We have 3 more weeks in October and for me to see us go into November is a "real stretch" as after a "dark 4 weeks", Dr Dalton suddenly started tweeting as junebug as posted.
All my own opinion - I do not have any information that is not public except my intuition.
I go back to August 1 "Love it when auditors and attorneys agree" - we are now 9 weeks from than date and lets calculate 2 more weeks to file everything from August 1, 2019 and about 8 weeks for all to be published as this is a merger with 8 to 10 companies (as Mikeyt feels) and we are ready for either of the remaining 2 Fridays in October unless there is "some holdup" than none of us know about.
