Trading Summary - October 10.
A very pleasant surprise today to finally see the first PR from the new President since he took over in June 2018 and the company was renamed with a completely new business plan (after a reverse merger to go public) in July 2018.
Personally, after first spotting all the changes on October 6 at otcmarkets.com - filings up to date, attorney opinion letter, upgrade to OTC Current, share structure update (no change) and Company Profile complete revision including formation of subsidiary and construction project - I was quite prepared to have to wait until early 2020 based on planning permission etc for the Eco Hemp Village in Santa Barbara, CA.
However, it would appear that $ECOX is much further along the line as we got this today with much more additional detail:

Accordingly, as long-term followers here had been given 3 days to load extra shares if they wished before the .3000 break, I broke cover on iHub and started updating with items from October 6.
Due to the differences between the DD / Rolling Brief here and on iHub (where you can't mention the basher activity over the past 16 months), there was insufficient time to put a DD / Rolling Brief on iHub before the open.
I'll be updating the DD / Rolling Brief here today - deleting a lot of the previous trading detail dealing with the accumulated paint downs - to make the 2 versions easier to update and copy on both forums within minutes of future PRs coming out in the long-awaited campaign that has now started.
Just make a note of the October 6 version to refer back to to work out what might be made available under / above .6000 as we progress in the months ahead.
All trades today were reported contemporaneously - key points were:
- My bid at .1000 hidden at open.
- New bidders - at both unrealistic levels below .1000 and at .1050 / .0151 / .1052.
- All buys at .1000 > .1051 - including the paint down set at .0875 which was bought by my .1000 bid.
- Ask for 7K+ at .1469 cancelled as soon as seller who had left it in a 60-day GTC spotted the updates.
- Only 2 x MMs have any orders below the .3000 - the "blue sky above" level.
- ETRF has 22K at .1646 and NITE has 7K at .2900 - all other MMs absent.
- Total bought today: 11,675.
