IMO , yes , they deciding with combo , but to go with pivotal mono , they also might be waiting for safety results of our 700 mg patients , since to my understanding our pivotal mono they will go by Receptor Occupancy Test results , which mean , some patients will be on 350 , some on 525 and some on 700 mg...
So they need safety for all those doses ..
As per Dr NP , end of October we will have all this information for the last dose of 700 mg safety report , we have by now for a long time safety for 350 and 525.....
And 700 mg is safe , because if serious problems , company has about 48 hrs to make it public.
IMO as always.
