Thank you Weave. Pretty sure the general conscience is that at this stage, no news is good news. We are now 8 days post hearing with no Rule 36. I'm under the impression the the chances of a settlement are a lot highe now than last week.

On the other hand, Case 18-2356 was ruled precedential yesterday and it was argued on 2019-08-05. This one only took about two months to decide.

This is why I think the best thing to do is to ignore the trolls. I know it hards sometimes but I feel by acknowledging the trolls, you are empowering them and are spreading the cancer. It's like seeing a fake social media post and hitting dislike or like, or sharing it. Again, I feel the best to do is to ignore it. The benefit of responding trying to defend the truth is not worth feeding the troll and spreading the misinformation. This is exactly what the troll wants. A very strong dialogue has been created over the months on the forums. Best to hit ignore and that dialogue goes away and let the troll have a dialogue in their own delusional mind. This is something I feel very passionate about and I try to prescribe to this in all avenues of my life, not just internet forums.
