J&J has gone out of their way for 8 years (since September 2011) to paint DECN as a pizzant company not worthy of any attention. They have, despite a lot of losses, and short lived victories, mostly succeed -- with the help of former and current DECN shareholders. The hearing last Wednesday is the first hearing where J&J did not act like gangster non-shareholders. It was the first hearing where Mr. Berman was not called names, although he was called names in the pleadings. If you want to settle with someone it is, IMO, best not to act like North Koreans.
