Wishing my fellow Jewish friends a Good Yuntif and Yom Tov.
Regarding the Form 4's, we know these are the first purchases in a string of them as identified by the note in both Form 4's:
"This represents the first of a series of purchases being make by the Reporting Person pursuant to an approved 10B5-1 plan"
We know that both Rory and Jimmy will be purchasing more as that note was on both From 4's and identity this is the first in a series.
We also know that Rory is backing up exactly what he said when he said we would start to see Form 4's showing up.
However, we do not know if the amounts will change, we do not know if others will be buying, we do not know much else. Why don't we know? Because we have not been told.
Just enjoying the fact that shares are going into the hands of those that will hold long term and looking forward to seeing more of them, as I know we will.
