Joe told us that the 2.00 threshold is not a do or die situation, with that being said, if the share price is going to influence or uplisting, isn't it in the company's responsibility to protect it. Even if that means insider's lining up to support the closing. I'm assuming that Joe knows and doesn't see a need.
