I don't think it is going to be a 50/50 split from say 2.00 to 1.00, GNBT placed the formula at 60/69. When I looked online, companies did stock dividends as a common practice instead of giving cash out to shareholders and did a percentage as well to offset the amount. So, 'if' it is done 'right', we should NOT see a 50/50 split in the stock price, which would benefit everyone.
