SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
Ok! I just finished yet another revision on our contract . The good news, is most changes were what I call "basic" verbiage clean up, such as commas in the right place and etc.... They are telling me that we will get a signed deal soon . So, as I'm trying to give our shareholders some idea of milestones completed and the schedule, as best as can, while still managing negotiations and making the best deal that I can for the company and its shareholders. I can disclose that we are paying with preferred shares, so there is no chance of them dumping, and pressuring the market. Now, I'm sure I'll get a lot of grief, but although I was promised a quick response, their attorneys have to wait to send me a final approved version on Thursday, because a s some you may already guess???? yes, its Yum Kippur, and we have to wait. I'm sure all kinds of accusations will be hurdled my way, but that's why I wanted to get it done by now. So, lets take a deep breath, and enjoy our Holidays. (BTW, that's why I hate to make projections!)
Also, I would like to address Kool Aids, Milton Toxic, and Dusty Bitchwestern. These are amateurs, who don't know the rules and laws in public market and trading. All one needs to do, ( don't take my words for it), just examine their statements and realize the amateur naivete and pure ignorance. So, why do I even waste my time addressing these losers? Well, for one, I'm in NO WIN situation, if I don't point out rubbish that they are printing and damage that they are attempting to cause our companies then they just continue to post lies and misinformation. Now, normally I could almost justify and SEE how some people do these things in order to pressure stock and buy cheap shares from scared investors, however, although we do have some "paid" bashers and others who do so to make a living, These "losers" are just that: LOSERS. who have a personal hate and vendetta against me. Also, since I know who they are, they can't help themselves by being bitter , broke and unsuccessful in their own ventures, and they blame their "poor lot" on life on me.... Yes I;m sure that we all "appreciate" the amount of time and the effort that these people spend in order to "save and protect" the uneducated and ignorant investors, however, at least the ones that I know, are fully aware of the rules , laws and procedures to realize what these amateurs trying to do. You should see their attempts at public companies and their own businesses! I unfortunately have to witness their failures, here in Dallas.
BUT!!!! (and here is another reason I will get a lot of hate emails!)... We have to forgive them...Because!

Anything I write is pure gibberish...perhaps thought provoking and fun...but investment advice??? I don't think so.
