Jeff joined Christensen & Jensen as an associate in 2018. He practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, professional liability, insurance defense, professional licensing, public lands, governmental defense, and government relations. Jeff has appeared in state and federal courts on behalf of clients in complex cases arising from contractual disputes, professional liabilities, and personal injury. He as also represented clients in licensing matters before the Department of Commerce, Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, and the Division of Real Estate. Jeff is a registered lobbyist and has represented and advocated on behalf of clients before the Utah Legislature.
