with change of diet and exercise ..
But often when people start healthier diet they adding a lot of fruits ...
and fruits are full of fructose.... studies showing it is worse than glucose...
as they saying here...
If one eat grapes , it should be no more than 5 a day... who does that...??
and corn syrup which is in many products now , one need to read everything ...
So this is a problem...
In my family we don't eat fruits for everyday for the last many years now ...
And we are watching for corn syrup...
IMO as always...
