It shows you the mindset of the handful of flippers still playing. Make a few tenths and slam the bid....real smart strategy.
I wonder if the flippers will realize they don't have to put all their stock in one order now that the brokerages are offering $0 commissions. Tracking that would make an interesting social experiment. Will logic win out over a cheapskate stingy habit? Tune in next month for that answer.
