A moron attempted to get a bid fill at .1400 by doing a paint down at .1800 then putting more on the undercut ask at .1800.
Top traders in this reacted immediately by outbidding at .1500 and .1600.
Then the undercut ask at .1800 was taken out with a buy on the ask.
New whale bidder for 29K at .1700
