a. Sales for the 9 months ended July 31,2019 totaled $ 4,323,684 – which represented an increase of almost 34% over Sales for the 9 months ended July 31,2018 of $ 3,229,842. Net Income for the 9 months ended July 31, 2019 totaled $ 1,410,890, an increase of 41,5% compared with Net Income of $ 997,123 for the 9 months ended July 31,2018. Net cash flow from operating activities totaled $ 159,876 for the 9 months ended July 31,2019 – resulting in a cash balance of $ 211,000 at July 31, 2019 compared with cash flow from operating activities of $ 275,483 for the 9 months ended July 31,2018 and a cash balance of $91,275 at July 31,2018
b. Low Dilution. Only 209 mil shares diluted during the entire quarter with 2.39 bil shares in total trading. That is only 9% of total shares traded, reflecting unbelievable amount of shareholder selling for a company achieving huge sale and profit.
c. The AR went up only by $600K for a revenue of 1.4 mil. The company then received cash of $800K, which is more positive than previous quarter.
d. Company paid CogoSense $100K for a total of 1.475 mil or 57% ownership
All is good for ONCI. The financials were delivered on time. Looking forward for an update on what is coming ahead. Stocks are about the future and we are sitting good for a great year.
