Chaitra Dalton is a nutritionista; in essence, she designs nutrition and wellness on the inside and out, with a specialty in the art and science of personal life transformation. Chaitra is a wellness expert to leaders and leadership organizations.
Chaitra’s journey in life has brought her through various creative disciplines such as artistry and fashion design while living and working internationally for notable design houses that included Henri Grethel, Adrienne Vittadini, Reebok, Disney, Donna Karen and Ralph Lauren; eventually leading into forming her own company Chaitra, Inc., a multifaceted company based in New York and Miami. Chaitra has also worked on music entertainment tours, styling campaigns and helping people look and feel their best from famed media personalities like Toni Braxton and Jay Z, to alternative rock star band Incubus.
Chaitra has helped an array of individuals through conducting personalized health coaching and group workshops. A few of her current corporate clients include Hot Legs, a depilatory/skincare brand sold within the Walgreens family of companies and Ulta Beauty, Collective Bias, a social media shopper agency, the National Jewish Health Initiative “Stop Smoking Cessation Program”, and Bulldog Bikes racing team. Chaitra has served on the Genetic Disease Foundation and the National Minority Health Association boards. She is a member of Kappa Omicron Nu. The Links Inc., and The American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
Chaitra Inc is a strategic joint venture with the largest African-American owned, vertically integrated pharmaceutical and healthcare company in the U.S., Health Resources Inc., listed on the Black Enterprise Top 100 for the past two decades. Chaitra founded the wellness division of the company and holds several patents.
