My speculation is that the share authorization is to proceed with B-OM phase 3 ourselves in order to get BTD with an interim look. Once we get that, partners will flock to us with offers many times what we can currently get.
Leo's life work is to bring these drugs to market. He will do it. At a certain point we just have to go for it whether shareholders like it or not. It can't all be about the shareholders...these drugs need to get to market. Holding it back for years waiting for just the right deal like with B-ABSSSI would be immoral. The gifts need to be brought to mankind as soon as possible. If we hold them back for the sake of profit we are no better than NR.
