1. Green Lotus PO for 200,000 cans was run as promised and revenue was booked for Q3. This alone is HUGE! This is a rock solid delivery for RMHB. For those that don't know, RMHB is the exclusive provider of CBD beverages to Green Lotus. Green Lotus has grown an astounding 500% year-over-year since 2016. They were recently purchased by Freedom Leaf, Inc., and the CEO of Green Lotus, Carlos Frias, is now the CEO of Freedom Leaf. Mr Frias has a great relationship with RMHB and Christian Vega. Christian stated in Podcast 24 that Green Lotus had already presold 300,000 cans of product, 100,000 more than the original PO quantity, so we know they already need more product. In July 2019, Green Lotus Sparkling Hemp Water captured the title “Best CBD Edible” at the USA CBD Expo. Green Lotus also recently signed a distribution agreement with Greenlane Holdings, a Nasdaq company with global reach and over 11,000 points of sale in the US. There is a ton of potential here! I also like that it is very clearly stated that Green Lotus anticipates placing another PO in the fourth quarter, and depending on the timing, RMHB may be able to record some and/or all of that revenue in the fourth quarter...no over-commitment. There is a ton of incredibly positive news in just this one item...it probably deserves a PR all it's own.
2. RMHB is planning a run of 45,000 cans for CBD Life this month. This is of course not the 2 million cans we hoped to crank out immediately, but it allows Univision to finish their PR piece on CBD Life, and it states that after receiving these samples, CBD Life will then give RMHB the SKU mix they desire. I think CBD Life wants to make sure they get this launch correct, so they are not rushing anything. I also like that Mr Welch clearly states that depending on when they receive the SKU mix from CBD Life will dictate how much product can be delivered to CBD Life in Q4, which will in turn dictate how much revenue can be recorded in Q4. Again, no over-commitment. This is a huge order and we have huge potential here. If everyone gets this right, this could generate millions in revenue per year, and possibly per month, for RMHB. CBD Life has the only beverages permitted to go into Mexico, and RMHB has an exclusive three-year agreement with CBD Life. Our brand is on the cans that were approved by COFEPRIS. Also remember that CBD Life is a subsidiary of RCH Grupo, who has an extensive distribution network in Mexico. We all know the HUGE potential here, and although slower than expected, IT IS HAPPENING!!! Again, huge news.
3. RMHB is currently scheduling the production of 60,000 cans of HEMPd 20mg flavored waters. These will replace the original version with 5mg of CBD, hence the liquidation sale of the existing product. The original HEMPd flavored waters got great reviews for taste, but customers wanted more mg of CBD per can. RMHB responded to their market and will now have 20mg per can. This product will be sold in NYC and Austin, Texas through existing channels, as well as Amazon and our HEMPd website, and will provide samples for the Carlin Group to distribute. I think the original product only having 5mg CBD really hampered sales. The new SKUs should solve this issue and set a sound base for this product to launch. Hopefully Carlin Group gets this out through their extensive distribution network. We are all waiting to benefit from our relationship with them.
