What can we expect ???
As to our case, Judges do not like having cases on the books for years and years and years. So although our case has been dismissed until something happens, it can and will be filed again and take up where we left off once one of the following things happen.
SO THE OPTIONS OPEN TO SFOR AND THEIR ATTORNEYS ARE?
1) WAIT FOR THE SUPREME COURT TO TAKE UP BERKHEIMER V HP
2) WAIT FOR THE SENATE TO PASS THE BILL DEALING WITH THE 101
3) APPEAL TO THE ENTIRE FEDERAL CIRCUIT "en banc"
StrikeForces's options are far from over, so stand by for the next chapter in our future.
