I’m not either, but are these clinics approved b

I’m not either, but are these clinics approved by the FDA to conduct clinical research. And is a company allowed to conduct studies of their own drugs in clinics they own or are “partnered” with. Is there than a bias to be considered? It just seems unusual and if that’s allowed I’m surprised.
