Yes great point you bring up about the complexity Vinsterr. This is not a typical SEC filing with your run of the mill 2-1 Reverse merger. This is a Conglomerate rolling up with what I believe is 8-10 companies and very possibly Euromed too. I am not 100% sure of the Euromed part that is pure conjecture at this point in time.
If a typical SEC filing is 4-6 weeks I would say you could add on an extra couple of weeks to our filings. I think after Doc thanked us last week for what I believe is getting us way above the 137 shareholders of record in 2011 and into the range that meets NASDAQ requirements. We are day to day and certainly GOLDEN!
I hope everyone is holding their original shares, some will miss out on the real fun ; )
